Iñigo Sáenz de Miera

Iñigo Sáenz de Miera is a sociologist for the Complutensian University of Madrid and Graduate in Social CC for Kent’s University (UK), where also he achieved a Master in Political Sociology. He has in addition a Diploma in Environmental Sciences from Harvard’s University, and the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) of the Graduate School of Business of Stanford’s University.
He was a teacher at University Francisco of Vitoria (UFV) of Madrid, at University San Paul CEU and Colegio de Abogados in Madrid. Before his appointment as General Manager of the Botín Foundation, he was General Manager of the University Francisco of Vitoria.
From 2006 to 2008 he took charge of the Direction of the Group Integer for Spain, an educational group with more than 15 private and semi-private centres around the whole country and more than 1.500 employees.
He began his professional life in the Iuve Foundation. There he has diverse responsible jobs, and between 1997 and 2000 he was the chairman of that foundation.
