Joy Hsin
Chief of Education and Extension Division at National Museum of History, Taiwan

Joy Chih‐Ning Hsin is Chief of Education and Extension Division at the National Museum of History in Taiwan. Prior to that, she worked as a Public Affairs Officer for many years and built up Creativity and Marketing Division at the museum. Joy is also the Vice Chair of ICOM MPR and Standing Board of Director of the Chinese Association of Museums, Taiwan. Apart from her museum practices, she teaches at the Graduate Institute of Museum Studies at Fu‐Jen Catholic University and Taipei National University of the Arts. She got her master degrees in Chinese art history and museum studies and a PhD in management. Joy is a co-author and the chief editor of Museum Branding: Redefining Museums for the 21st Century, selected papers from the ICOM MPR 2014 Conference (ISBN 978-986-91506-1-3) published by Chinese Association of Museums in 2015.
Joy was at Communicating the Museum in Paris to illustrate Museum education in an Asian context, and more specifically of Taiwan.
