Head of Interpretation & Education at Van Gogh Museum, Netherlands
Marthe is Head of Interpretation & Education at the Van Gogh Museum. She is in charge of interpretation of the collections, research and exhibitions, in the museum, online and through outreach. Marthe has worked in museums for 20 years, driven to make art accessible to as many people as possible. She presents regularly on the challenges of interpretation and participation in a changing world.
Marthe co-presented the Keynote “Van Gogh Museum: towards a digitally transformed museum” during CTM15 – Istanbul. She was also at CTM BRU to present the case study Governance change.
