In 2018, Tina joined Edinburgh International Festival as the Marketing and Communications Director where she leads seasonal teams of up to 40 people across campaign, brand, design, audience development, customer experience and ticketing functions. This August, Tina’s team broke £4M in sales for a three-week festival, for the third time in the Festival’s history. Prior to that, Tina was Head of Marketing and Customer Services at Sydney Festival where she helped grow attendance numbers to a record 653,000 in 2017.
