Lisa is an original thinker, sense maker, friendly challenger and provocateur.

Since founding The Experience Business in 2012, she has pioneered methods to understand, conceptualise and design audience and visitor experiences for arts and cultural organisations internationally. Her practice includes brand world building, exhibition conceptualisation, service design, community engagement, capital development and new product and service development. Lisa’s methods are simple-yet-profound, creating safe spaces for people and organisations to blossom.  Everything she does is experientially focused, emotionally intelligent and people-centred.
