30 UNDER 30
2023
The 30 UNDER 30 Mentoring Program, run by Communicating the Arts, supports 30 aspiring leaders under 30 years old to enhance their career development and inclusive leadership capabilities over a six-month period. The program also connects organisations in the visual arts, performing arts, and heritage sectors.
Marion Carre, President of the 2023 edition of the mentoring program, believes involving young leaders creates a more resilient ecosystem for the future. Mentees have increased confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful career acceleration, while mentors enhance their leadership skills and gain personal and professional satisfaction. The mentoring relationship is guided through MentorKey, a personalized digital platform. The selection criteria for mentees include being under 30 years old, having a clear goal to work on, and investing the necessary time. The matching process is designed to ensure appropriate mentor-mentee matches.
A global cross mentorship program for 30 emerging leaders (mentees) and 30 experts (mentors) in the arts sector.
