Bronwyn Coulston has been an Arts Manager and professional for over 20 years, working across metro and regional arts organisations.  Most recently she was the Director, Shoalhaven Regional Gallery.

As the Stakeholder Engagement Manager for the Arts at Service and Creative Skills Australia, Bronwyn is working across the arts sector to understand current and emerging workforce needs and look for innovative solutions that will help to grow the size of the workforce through improving skills and training.  Her role sees her travelling throughout Australia, meeting with organisations, workers, industry representatives and government to learn about the specific challenges and needs as well as programs and initiatives that are supporting local solutions.
