Thai-son Gruber is a 25-year-old post-graduate psychology student living, studying and working in Sydney. He has a French-Vietnamese background and is blessed to have had the opportunity to travel and experience many cultures. He is also fortunate enough to have a lifestyle where he can pursue his passions: surfing during the day, and at night, playing in rock bands in the exciting and bustling underground Sydney music scene. Working in disability care and youth crisis, he has been exposed to many obstacles that disadvantaged youth face, including the lack of access to and engagement with the arts. He believes young Australians can greatly benefit from a more inclusive and accessible pathway towards both creating and consuming art.
