Chris Lee

Chris Lee is the Assistant Chief Executive of the National Gallery Singapore. He leads a first-of-its-kind Museum Experience & Services business unit which integrates Visitor Experience, Innovation & Technology, Integrated Marketing & Communications, and Business Development to deliver a seamless, personalized, and elevated experience with art physically and digitally within and beyond the walls of the museum.

Chris joined the Gallery in 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer where he successfully championed an audience-centric approach to help raise the Gallery’s profile locally and internationally, consistently over-achieving the museum’s goals in visitorship and revenue growth.

Chris also led a large cross-divisional team from 2019 to 2022 to radically re-design the museum experience into a new multi-modal, decentralized ticketing and seamless museum experience, involving both hard and soft infrastructure innovation.
