My mission is to foster a community where the talent and innovative impact of emerging art professionals are fully recognized, valued, and empowered within the contemporary art world.

I am an emerging contemporary art professional with an academic path dedicated to deepening my knowledge of 20th- and 21st-century art. My theoretical knowledge was strengthened by a Master’s program in Art Management and Curatorship, which introduced me to the dynamics of the art market and contemporary cultural production. I have since developed hands-on experience working with galleries and foundations, primarily in Italy but with a strong interest in global contexts. These roles allowed me to build solid skills in communication, content production, event and exhibition organization, and cultural mediation.

Throughout my professional journey, engaging with artists, curators, and sector professionals has been essential, as well as interacting directly with audiences, collectors, and clients. My long-term goal is to bridge my academic background with the art market by contributing to a more open and inclusive cultural ecosystem—one in which contemporary art can be communicated and experienced in ways that are accessible to wider, more diverse audiences.

I joined the 30UNDER30 Mentorship Program because I saw it as a rare and valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue with experienced art professionals. At this point in my career—after completing my studies and gaining initial years of experience—I believe it is crucial to seek guidance that can help clarify how to advance and position myself more strategically. In fact, I believe this is the most challenging and formative moment for our generation of art professionals.

The program has allowed me to connect with peers who share similar challenges, while also gaining international perspectives and insights from professionals with far more experience. My mentor’s support has been especially essential, as he shared his own journey and how he overcame the same challenges he faced years ago. He offered valuable advice on what to focus on in my job search, as well as his perspective as someone who is involved in hiring. This exchange has been motivating and inspiring, providing concrete tools to grow within the global art landscape.
