Michelle Tabet

Michelle Tabet is a pioneer of a new urban profession that marries culture and city making. As the founder of Left Bank Co, she has led hundreds of cultural and creative projects in Australia and New Zealand that seek to make culture a permanent fixture of our cities through policies, spaces, economic models and partnerships. She was the Creative Director for the 2016 Australian Exhibition at the Venice Architecture Biennale, staging Australia's most visited exhibition called: The Pool: architecture, culture and identity in Australia. She is the recipient of several industry awards that recognise her structural and systemic approach to embedding culture in cities to make them meaningful and sustainable.
