Abstract:

What happens when secrecy becomes a powerful communication tool? In this case study, Krisztina Mezős explores how the Secret Concert series at the House of Music Hungary merges content, brand strategy, and community building. Designed around the values of discovery and exclusivity, the series does more than promote individual events—it strengthens the institution’s cultural identity and shapes a shared sense of belonging.

The project stands as a model for experience-driven cultural communication.
