Scarlett Hu is currently Assistant Director of Getty Digital at J Paul Getty Trust; her department, Digital Workspace, is responsible for user support, communications, and training. Her case studies have won the 2014 HDI Team Excellence Award & 2007 Computer World Achievement Award in Media, Arts & Entertainment. 

She has worked both on the vendor’s and the in-house sides of the Information Technology industry in her 30 years of career. Her experiences range from consulting, project management, support operation, to IT directorship.

Scarlett received an MBA from UCLA, an MS in Computer Science from USC, and a BS in business admin from National Taiwan Univ. She served on DEAI Advisory Board of Museum Computer Network (MCN) and National Program Committee of American Alliance of Museums (AAM).
