A conference for communication and marketing professionals

CTA Paris 2024 was co-organised with Beaux Arts during the Paris Museum Week. Over 200 international cultural leaders from the visual and performing arts, as well as heritage sectors, came together to exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaboratively seek solutions.

THEME: DRIVING POSITIVE IMPACT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

CTA Paris examined the collective impact on social and sustainable practices within the arts sector. The aim was to identify actionable strategies that integrate the arts into broader societal and environmental frameworks, thereby reinforcing the sector's commitment to responsible and sustainable development.

    2 April - This prestigious heritage institution is dedicated to French architecture since the 12th century. The Cité is located in the Palais de Chaillot in the art-déco Trocadéro museum district.

  • Palais de Tokyo

    2 April - The Palais de Tokyo is a contemporary art museum known for its avant-garde exhibitions and sprawling exhibition spaces.

  • Carrousel du Louvre

    3 April - Located in the historical heart of Paris, the Carrousel du Louvre offers an immersive experience at the doors of the Louvre museum and the Musée des arts décoratifs.

  • Hangar Y

    9 Av. de Trivaux, 92190 Meudon, France

    4 April - The unconventional and monumental Hangar Y stands as a disruptive cultural site. Built for the first airships in the 19th century, it was rehabilitated to become one of the new cultural spaces of the Grand Paris.

  • Centre Pompidou

    Place Georges-Pompidou, 75004 Paris, France

    4 April - Our fourth venue is the iconic Centre Pompidou, located in the vibrant Marais district, which invites you to explore the intersection of art, architecture and contemporary creativity since the 70's.

    • Carrousel & Musée du Louvre:

    - Reserved parking for people with disabilities.

    - Priority and expedited access at museum entrances and checkpoints for individuals with disabilities and their companions.

    - Elevators and escalators available.

    • Cité de l’architecture et patrimoine:

    - Multiple accessible entrances.

    - Security assistance available at the main entrance.

    - Most areas accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    - Seating provided for fatigue-free visits.

    - Wheelchairs, folding seats, and optical aids available on request.

    • Hangar Y:

    - All buildings are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    - A private bus reserved by CTA, accessible to all, will take you to and from the Hangar Y.

    • Centre Pompidou:

    - Priority access.

    - Recommended entrance for people with disabilities at the junction of Rue Saint-Merri and Rue du Renard (valid disability documentation required for access).

    Accessible Transportation & Parking

    Between conferences, you will be responsible for your own transport. A large number of cabs are permanently available in Paris. If you have a car and have a disabled car hang tag, you can park in several designated disabled parking spots or pay in private parking stations for a fee.

    On the third day, a private bus, accessible to all, will take you to and from the Hangar Y in Meudon.

    Reserved Accessible Seating

    Dedicated accessible seating is available for sessions, keynotes and all workshops. Allocation of these seats is contingent on capacity and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Companion badge

    If you need a companion for the duration of the conference, please send us a "companion badge" request by e-mail, attaching your disability documentation. This badge will give your companion the same access as you to all conference events.
